An English translation of the General Terms &amp; Conditions is available here, and these have been filed with the Registry of the District Court of Noord-Holland, Haarlem location (under no. 05\/2026). The applicability of clients\u2019 conditions is expressly rejected.<\/p>\n<p>With regard to transport of goods we do not contract as carrier, but as freight forwarder only, except if and to the extent we carry out road transport with our own means of transport.
