From our base in Zaandam, we work with a small, dedicated team to deliver high-quality logistical solutions within the art world.<\/p>\n<p>We are an ambitious scale-up in a niche market where quality, flexibility, and reliability are paramount. Therefore, we are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator who can independently manage projects, bring structure, and wishes to contribute to the further growth of our organisation.<\/p>\n<h2>About the role<\/h2>\n<p>As Arts Transport Coordinator, you are responsible for the full coordination of art transports and logistics projects.<\/p>\n<p>The focus is primarily on projects within the museum world, but you also work for galleries, art fairs, and private collections, both domestically and internationally.<\/p>\n<p>You interact daily with colleagues, drivers, registrars, cultural institutions, customers, and international partners.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your duties will include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinating national and international art transport<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring progress, deadlines, and budgets<\/li>\n<li>Maintain contact with clients, museums, galleries, and international partners<\/li>\n<li>Organising logistical journeys and project work<\/li>\n<li>Advising clients on logistical solutions and project approach<\/li>\n<li>Preparing and monitoring quotations and project budgets<\/li>\n<li>Identifying opportunities within existing customer relationships<\/li>\n<li>Identifying and resolving unexpected challenges<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You'll be given a lot of responsibility and the freedom to make independent decisions.
