Wall to Wall's General Terms & Conditions apply to all our activities and all our legal relationships with clients. An English translation of the General Terms & Conditions is available here, and these have been filed with the Registry of the District Court of Noord-Holland, Haarlem location (under no. 05/2026). The applicability of clients’ conditions is expressly rejected.
With regard to transport of goods we do not contract as carrier, but as freight forwarder only, except if and to the extent we carry out road transport with our own means of transport. With regard to customs services (including storage in a customs warehouse) we contract as intermediary only, arranging that customs services are carried out by third parties.
