General terms and conditions

Bij al onze werkzaamheden en al onze rechtsbetrekkingen met klanten zijn de Terms and Conditions of Wall to Wall Applies.
The Terms and Conditions are here available, and filed with the registry of the District Court of North Holland, Haarlem location (under no. 5/2026).
The applicability of the client's terms and conditions is expressly rejected.

With regard to transport of goods we do not contract as carrier, but as freight forwarder only, except if and to the extent we carry out road transport with our own means of transport. With regard to customs services (including storage in a customs warehouse) we contract as intermediary only, arranging that customs services are carried out by third parties.
